A rare pair of 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe earrings. Each earring is composed of a pave round brilliant cut diamond set rhombus motif, suspending a single round brilliant cut diamond and a larger motif featuring a lapis lazuli stone with a pave diamond set surround. There are approximately 112 diamonds in total with an approximate carat weight of 1.80ct. The earrings feature a clip fastening and measure 2.cm X 3.7cm, with a gross weight of 13.42 grams.
